Mobilisation Services

A painless or low pain technique used to loosen restricted joints in the knees and feet — often with an immediate response.

This therapy is used to restore maximum function when foot and ankle joint are stiff or not working properly because they are not aligned or dysfunctional. Normally this would include specially designed exercises as well as a series of manual treatments delivered by a trained podiatrist. This is generally described as a “hands-on” treatment and it can often reduce the need for orthotics, mediation or surgery.

This is a very successful treatment and is recommended prior to other more invasive treatments including surgery.
