Feet First is a Sydney based podiatry service, committed to assisting people from all walks of life to integrate healthy professional foot care into their medical calendar. Founded in 1997 by Esther Grant, Director and Principal Podiatrist, the Feet First team provides high quality podiatric services to regular clinic patients, children, home care patients, as well as residents of nursing homes. Feet First has valuable experience in a range of podiatric specialisations, including diagnostics, sports injury, orthotics, foot and knee mobilisation, deep tissue needling, foot specific acupuncture, childhood foot and leg complaints.
Feet First has a number of centrally located clinics for easy access across Sydney.
Our feet carry us through life; dance with us in joy and take the weight of our daily burden. They are with us in all of life's twists and turns. However, they can have a tough life and their contribution to our overall health is critical and generally under-appreciated.
